Our Mission

To provide a comprehensive platform where qualified candidates can register and showcase their credentials, making it easier for Masjids and Madrasas to find the best fit for their needs.

Services We Offer

1. Imams and Khatibs

  • Daily Prayers: Find qualified Imams to lead daily prayers in your local Masjid.
  • Juma Prayers: Connect with experienced Khatibs for delivering the Friday sermon and leading Juma prayers.

2. Teachers for Madrasas and Jamias

  • Madrasa Education: Access a pool of qualified teachers for various subjects taught in Madrasas.
  • Jamia Education: Find experienced teachers to provide higher Islamic education in Jamias.

Terms and Conditions

For Candidates (Imams, Khatibs, and Teachers)

1. Eligibility: Candidates must have the necessary qualifications and experience for the positions they apply for. All academic and experience documents must be genuine and verifiable.

2. Registration: Candidates must complete the registration form and upload all required documents. Incomplete registrations will not be processed.

3. Verification: IIPF reserves the right to verify all submitted documents and credentials. Any false information will lead to immediate disqualification and removal from our platform.

4. Professional Conduct: Candidates must adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. Any misconduct reported by Masjids or Madrasas may result in removal from our platform.

5. Confidentiality: Personal information provided during registration will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of matching candidates with appropriate opportunities.

6. Non-Discrimination: IIPF promotes a non-discriminatory environment and expects candidates to respect diversity in all forms.

7. Changes to Terms: IIPF reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Candidates will be notified of any changes via email.

For Masjids and Madrasas

1. Eligibility: Masjids and Madrasas must provide accurate information about their institution and the positions they are looking to fill.

2. Verification: IIPF reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of the institutions using our platform. False information may result in a ban from using our services.

3. Professional Conduct: Institutions must treat candidates with respect and adhere to ethical hiring practices. Any misconduct may result in suspension from our platform.

4. Confidentiality: Information about candidates provided through our platform must be kept confidential and used only for hiring purposes.

5. Non-Discrimination: IIPF promotes equality and expects institutions to follow non-discriminatory practices in their hiring processes.

6. Changes to Terms: IIPF reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Institutions will be notified of any changes via email.

Fee Structure

For Candidates Registering on the Ulama Service

Service platform is currently free of charge for all candidates. However, candidates may be required to pay a nominal fee for additional services such as priority listing or enhanced profile visibility. These optional services will be clearly outlined during the registration process, and candidates can choose to opt-in if they wish.

Verification fee ₹200/only

Premium Fee ₹300-500

For Masjids and Madrasas

Masjids and Madrasas can browse and contact candidates for free. However, for additional services such as featured listings, priority access to new candidates, or detailed background checks, a service fee will apply. The fee structure for these premium services will be provided upon request and clearly outlined before any transactions are made.

Premium Fee: ₹200+
